Dr. Boris Raginsky, Medical Director
Dr. Boris Raginsky has been servicing the podiatric needs of NJ residents since 1999. A graduate of Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Chicago IL. After graduation, he completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine at Barry University and Cedars Medical Center, both in Miami, FL. In addition to his practices in East Brunswick and Elmwood Park NJ, he is presently an attending physician at St. Mary’s Hospital, Passaic, NJ. Dr. Raginsky is also Board Certified in Podiatric medicine by the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery (ABLES).
Dr. Leonid Schreer
Dr. Leonid Schreer is a graduate of New York College of Podiatric Medicine, New York, NY. (NYCPM). After graduation, he completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, Far Rockaway, NY. Followed by a surgical residency at Peninsula Hospital. Dr. Schreer spent two years as a fellow at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, where he thoroughly trained in all aspects of wound care management, including extensive training in Hyperbaric medicine. Dr. Schreer is fluent in Russian.
Dr. Natalya Zigelman
Dr. Natalya Zigelman is a graduate of New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM), New York, NY. After graduation, she completed a three years surgical residency program at the USA Department of Affairs Medical Center in New York, NY. Dr. Zigelman has been practicing podiatrist in North Bergen office since 2004 and visiting her homebound patients in West New York, North Bergen, Union City, and Guttenberg.
Dr. Nadine Atalla
Dr. Atalla is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, New York, NY. She also has a B.A. Biological Sciences Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. She completed her residency at the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Atalla is fluent in Arabic and French.
Dr. Monica Spencer received her medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and a B.S. in Kinesiology from Lousiana State University. She completed her podiatric surgical residency at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ. Previously, Dr. Spencer worked as a podiatrist evaluating and treating patients with a variety of lower extremity conditions in a private practice. Her expertise includes diabetic foot care, wound care and foot and ankle surgery. She resides in Flemington NJ with her husband and two daughters.
Dr. David Heller received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, and B.S. in Biology from Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Heller has been serving podiatric needs of NY/NJ residents for over 40 years.
After retiring from his full-time practice, he is happy to continue his service to homebound patients in Somerset and Union counties of New Jersey.
Born in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Jimenez grew up in Linden, NJ. He attended Kean University and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences in 2003. In 2007, he graduated from The New York College of Podiatric Medicine to receive his Doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Jimenez completed his three-year surgical residency training at Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark. While at Saint Michael’s, his comprehensive training helped him to diagnose and treat multiple pathologies affecting the foot. His clinical interests include gait analysis and custom foot orthosis/inserts. He is also specialized in surgical techniques and non-surgical techniques of common foot problems, especially diabetic wound/ulcer care and limb salvage. Dr. Jimenez is also very knowledgeable of different modalities to wound healing, such as negative wound therapy, skin grafts, and platelet-derived stem cell therapy. He strongly believes in lower extremity amputation prevention through patient education.
Dr. Joyce Jenkins received her medical degree Cum Laude from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2007, and a B.S. in Biology from Mount St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, MD. She completed her podiatric surgical 3 years residency at Legacy Portland Hospital. Previously, Dr. Jenkins worked as a podiatrist evaluating and treating patients with a variety of lower extremity conditions in a private practice in Hamilton, NJ and Portland, OR.
Her expertise includes diabetic foot care and wound care. She primarily services Mercer and Ocean counties of New Jersey.
